1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high demand periods, sales events, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.


6. Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • High order volume during sales or holidays

Lumeoradecor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lumeoradecor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier company directly or reach out to us for assistance.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
