Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumeoradecor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used items

  • Items not in original packaging

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the item you purchased and place a new order once your return is approved.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
